Balloting Result of the 4th Quarter Members Gathering (Hong Kong) 2013

Dear Members,

Thank you for enrolling in “The 4^th Quarter Members Gathering (Hong Kong) 2013”. The balloting results are ready for your reference and details of the Gathering is listed as follows:

Photo-taking Arrangement:

Each member is allowed to take ONE photo with Andy once a year. One can choose to take photo alone or in group of friends or family. Members may also choose not to take any photo.
(Remarks: Aiming to make our gatherings more substantial, there will be no photo-taking session in all activities of 2014. This can allow Andy to have more time to chat and share interesting daily issues, even to interact with family members in the gatherings)

Reminders:
1. Members MUST present 2013 Membership Card while New members MUST present ID Card or Passport for verification. NO uniform is required.
2. NO individual notification will be sent to successful applicants. Please be punctual.
3. Chance for participation is non-transferable.
4.If enrolled member(s) cannot attend the 4^th Quarter Members’ Gathering, the chance of joining will be forfeited. Related member(s) cannot apply deferral to any 2014 quarterly gatherings and the chance(s) of joining are non-transferable.
5. Tape recorders, video cameras and/or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission, and mobile phones must be switched off during party time.  When illegal recording is found, the member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately whilst our workforce has the right to delete relevant record.
6. Food and beverage is not allowed inside the AC Hall.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
8. Please keep the place clean.
9. Hazardous items such as bottled or canned beverages, metal or knives are strictly prohibited in the venue.
