Knitting for Warmth 2014

Dear Members

AWC “Knitting for Warmth” collection starts NOW!

We hope members from different regions can actively participate in this campaign continuing the spirit of ‘more blessed to give than receive’. This campaign has received members’ supports and responses through the years and has successfully presented scarves, hats to the elderly and brought them warmth and care in the winters that shows our members contribute to the Society sincerely.

500 more wool scarves, hats and shawls are needed for the campaign. Interested members can finish the knitting at home  and submit to HK AWC on or before 6:00 pm, 31 Jan 2015 (Sat) by mail or in person. Donations of these love and caring gifts will be delivered by AWC to charity organizations for the elderly that sending them a Lunar New Year filled with our cares and warmest.
