【1/X Andy Lau’s X Art Exhibition】
Dear Members,
Andy World Club has arranged exclusively for its members to visit the [1/X Andy Lau X Art Exhibition] on 27 August, 2023 (Sunday) at Freespace, West Kowloon Cultural District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Andy will be appearing at the AWC event. Members are welcomed to bring along their family members or friends to this event. If the number of ticket bookings exceeds the quota for the sessions on 27 August, AWC will consider adding extra sessions on 26 August (Saturday). The date and session of the ticket(s) purchased by each member will be determined by drawing lots. Please see below for booking details.
Sessions Time : 11:00am to 20:00pm (Each session: 45 mins.)
Fee: HK$310* per person *(inclusive of online payment service fee of HK$12)
Deadline for Booking Tickets: 4 pm, 22 July 2023 (Saturday) (Hong Kong Time)

Reminders:
1. To be eligible for booking, a Member must be holding a valid 2023 membership.
2. One person per ticket, children under the age of three will not be entertained. Persons under aged 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the Event.
3. Due to the limited quota for each session on 27 August, if the number of ticket bookings exceeds the quota, AWC will consider arranging extra sessions on 26 August (Saturday). The date and session of each ticket purchased will be determined by drawing lots. The results will be released at 5:00 pm on 23 July 2023 (Sunday) on the AWC website.
4. Members who are participating in the Event must show to the on-site staff their 2023 electronic membership cards, using the AWC APP, before they can enter the venue.
5. Tickets sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold.
6. The Event welcomes persons with wheelchair, but for some of the exhibits, the wheelchairs may not be able to access to an area that can provide the best viewing position due to space limitation.
7. Members are not required to wear the AWC uniform to attend this event.
8. A non-member is required to fill in the name, ID number and contact number only
Online booking and payment method: **Each member can purchase 4 tickets (members can bring along family members or friends to the Event ) through online payment.
