Andy World Club『Jubilee Anniversary Party』

Dear Members,

It is the 25th Year of Andy World Club and our “Jubilee Anniversary Party” will be held on 8 June, 2013 (Sat). Members are mostly welcome to participate in the celebration and to share this happy moment.
Please read the full details and submit your applications without delay.

Closing Date : 26th April, 2013 (Friday) at 6pm (according to mail collection time in HK)

Remarks：
** ** Those who have successfully applied for or renewed as 2013 members by 26th April are eligible for application.
** If the number of applicants exceeds the seats limit, successful applicants and seating will be determined by balloting in AWC . Members are welcome to witness the ballot which will be held at 7:30 pm on 29 April 2013 (Mon) in HK AWC. AWC will send out a “Payment Notice Confirmation” to all successful applicants by email. The balloting result will be released at 4 pm on 30 April in AWC website.
** Enrollment Form will be sent to Hong Kong Members on 6 April 2013. Members are welcome to enroll individually or in group. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
