Andy World Club 27th Anniversary Party

Dear Members,

Heading to the 27th years, Andy World Club is going to hold a‘27th Anniversary Party’ on 6 June 2015 (Sat). Members from all different places are cordially invited to join the Party and celebrating a joyful moment with us.

Closing Date : 6 pm, 16 May 2015 (Sat) (according to HK Time)

Terms and Conditions:
1. Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 8 members. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
2. Participants must be 2015 members. Those who have successfully applied for or renewed as 2015 members on/before 11 May 2015 (Mon) are eligible for enrollment.
3. Attendants MUST present their 2015 Membership Card and New Members must present their ID Card or Passport for verification.
4. If the number of applicants exceeds the seats limit of the Venue, successful applicants and seating will be determined by balloting in AWC. Members are welcome to witness the ballot which will be held at 7:30 pm on 18 May 2014 (Mon) in HK AWC. The balloting result will be released at 4 pm on 19 May (Tue) on AWC’s official website.
