Dear Members,

Andy World Club 28th Anniversary Party will be held on 25 June 2016 (Sat). Matching with the great event of quadrennial “Rio 2016 Olympic Games”, we deliberately use “AWC Sports Games” as the party theme to celebrate the establishment of AWC with energetic funs. You are cordially invited to join the Party.

Closing Date: 8pm, 16 May 2016 (Mon) (according to mail collection time in HK)

Photo Taking: The section will be held on 26 June 2016(Sun) at HK AWC. Only members participate successfully in the “AWC 28th Anniversary Party” on 25 June 2016 (Sat) are eligible to attend (members who have attended the “2016 Hand in Hand Party” photo taking section are EXCLUDED).

Reminders:
1. Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 8 members. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
2. Participants must be 2016 members. Those have successfully applied for or renewed as 2016 members on/before 10 May 2016 (Tue) are eligible for enrollment.
3. Attendants MUST present their 2016 Membership Card whereas New Members must present their ID Card or Passport for verification.
4. If the number of applicants exceeds the seats limit, successful applicants and seating will be determined by balloting in AWC. Members are welcome to witness the ballot which will be held at 7:30pm on 18 May 2016 (Wed) in HK AWC. The balloting result will be released at 4 pm on 20 May (Fri ) in AWC website.
5. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, the member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately whilst our workforce has the right to delete relevant records. In case that member violates AWC rules and regulations again, AWC will terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
6. Members are encouraged to support the “AWC Souvenir Counter” set up in the venue.
