2014 Dream Comes True (Mainland China) Gathering – Shanghai

Dear Members,

For both Hong Kong and Overseas Members’ sake, new arrangements of Members’ Gathering will be carried out in 2014. Apart from “AWC Anniversary Party” and “Andy’s Birthday Party”, time-to-time “Dream Comes True (Hong Kong/ Overseas/ Mainland China) Gathering” with different styles will be held in Hong Kong and Asia cities to replace the previous quarterly members’ gathering ,so as to enable members from various regions to have more opportunities to spend time with Andy together.

“Dream Comes True (Mainland China) Gathering” will be held on 09 Nov (Sun) in Shanghai this time. Overseas members who participate in Dream Comes True Gathering for the first time in 2014 will have priority in joining. If the number of applicants exceeds the venue seats limitation, successful applicants will be determined by balloting. Please check the attachment for details and enroll NOW!

Closing Date : 8 pm , 16 Oct 2014 (Thur) (Hong Kong Time)

Remarks:
1. Participants who are 2014 Members or who have successfully applied for or renewed as 2014 members by 10 Oct 2014 (Fri) are eligible for enrollment.
2. Members under aged 12 must be accompanied with parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for enrollment.
3. Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 6 members. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
4. Participants MUST present 2014 Membership Card and wear 2014 Black Uniform. New Members must present ID Card or Passport for verification.
5. Local (according to the correspondent address provided by members on Membership Application Form) members and members who participate in “Dream Comes True Gathering” for the first time in 2014 will have priority in joining this Gathering. Members who have already participated in “HK BBQ Night” in March, “Sichuan Chengdu Gathering” in May, “HK Poon Choi Feast” in June,  “Malaysia, Singapore Gathering” in July, “Taiwan Gathering” in August & “Korea Gathering” in October this year will be on stand-by list if applying for “Shanghai Gathering”.
6. If the number of enrollment exceeds the seats limit, successful applicants will be determined by balloting in AWC at 3 pm on 18 Oct 2014 (Sat) and members are welcome to witness the balloting in person. The result will be released at 4 pm on 20 Oct 2014 (Mon) in AWC website.
7. For members who are not on list, refund of the activity fee will be arranged individually. If any members authorize another person for refund collection, the authorized person MUST present (1) authorization letter, (2) a copy of ID Card & (3) a copy of AWC Membership Card of that member for verification.
8. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
