2014 Dream Comes True (Overseas) Gathering – Korea

Dear Members,

After holding members’ gatherings in various Asian cities, this time we come to Korea to have “Dream Comes True (Overseas) Members Gathering”. The Gathering will be held in Incheon on 18 Oct (Sat). Due to the venue limitation and Andy’s tight schedule, only Korean Members will be invited to participate in this Gathering. Please check below details and enroll NOW!

Closing Date for Enrollment : 8 pm , 3 October 2014 (Fri) (Hong Kong Time)

Remarks :
1.    Due to security check, members MUST provide valid passports during enrollment and admission for identity verification.
2.    Participants who are 2014 Members or who have successfully applied for or renewed as 2014 members by 3 Oct 2014 (Fri) are eligible for enrollment.
3.    Members under aged 12 must be accompanied with parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for enrollment.
4.    Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 6 members. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
5.    Participants MUST present 2014 Membership Card and wear the 2014 Black Uniform. New Members must present ID Card or Passport for verification.
6.    Seat arrangement will be determined by ballot which will take place at 6 pm on 6 Oct 2014 (Mon). The result will be released at 4 pm on 7 Oct 2014 (Tue) in AWC website.
7.    Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
