2015 Andy Lau Second-Hand Apparel Auction

Dear Members,

Andy Lau Charity Foundation Limited was established in 1994 It has been contributing to various non-profit and voluntary organizations towards its goal that aims to support and help the needy in the society.
Andy World Club will hold a charity auction on 08 March (Sun) afternoon (i.e. the same day as “Andy Lau Second-Hand Apparel Charity Sale”) for fund raising. All proceeds after deducting operation expense will be donated tothe“Andy Lau Charity Foundation”. Details are as follow:

Date : 08 March 2015 (Sun)
Venue : Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre (KITEC), 3/F Auditorium (No. 1 Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong)
Admission Time : 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Auction Time : 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Entry Fee for Donation : HK$80 per person (Only accept HK Dollar with No CHANGE is provided)

Closing Date for Enrolment : 8:00 pm, 23 Feb 2015 (Mon) (based on HK AWC letter collection time)

~ Members are advised to keep the purchased items for own use or collection but NOT reselling for profit. ~

Terms and Conditions :
1.    All members who wish to participate in the Charity Auction are required to register with the form below. A maximum of Four (4) persons are allowed to apply by each application form.
2.    All 2015members are eligible for application. No uniform is required.
3.    If the number of applicants exceeds the seating capacity, a ballot will be conducted on 24 Feb (Tue) at 4:00 pm in HK AWC. Members are welcome to witness the balloting process. The ballot result will be uploaded on 25 Feb (Wed) at 4:00 pm in our official website.
