Dear Members,
The second “Dream Comes True (Hong Kong) Gathering” in 2015 will be held on 20th Dec 2015 (Sun) in form of BBQ activity. Hong Kong members who participate in “Dream Comes True Gathering” for the first time in 2015 will have higher priority of joining this gathering. If the number of enrollment exceeds the seats limit of the Venue, successful applicants will be selected by balloting. Please read the details of this Gathering and enroll now!
Closing Date for Enrollment: 8pm, 03 Dec 2015 (Thurs) (Hong Kong Time)
** After the BBQ, free transportation will be arranged for members to dismiss at Taipo MTR Station.
Online enrolled members will be deemed to require free transportation. If you do not need the free transportation, please notify us by email or fax.
Reminders :
1. Participants who are 2015 Members or who have successfully applied for or renewed as 2015 members on/before 28 Nov 2015 (Sat) are eligible for the enrollment.
2. Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 6 members. Duplicate applications will NOT be considered.
3. If the number of enrollment exceeds the seats limit of the Venue, successful applicants will be selected by balloting at 2:30pm on 05 Dec 2015 (Sat) in HK AWC and members are welcome to witness the balloting in person. The result will be released at 4pm on 07 Dec 2015 (Mon) in AWC’s official website.
4. Members who are NOT on the list will receive our notification for the refunding arrangement later.
5. Participants MUST present their 2015 Membership Card and be dressed in 2015 Orange Uniform (round neck with black “AWC” imprinted in the front) for easy identification. New Members must present their ID card or Passport for verification.
