Hand in Hand Party 2015
Dear Members,
Welcome to join our BIG family, Andy World Club! You are sincerely invited to join “Hand in Hand Party 2015” to experience the joyful of being one of us. Andy will greet you in the Party and let you to be more familiar with the Club and meet friends who like Andy from different regions together to enjoy the warmth of the FAMILY!
Party Date : 07 March 2015 (Sat)
Venue : HK AWC, Unit E, 9/F., Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay
Gathering Point : Lobby of Billion Centre
(Members from the Mainland China or Overseas will have privilege to attend 1st or 2nd sessions.)
1st Session : 2:00 pm Arrival Time : 1:30 pm
2nd Session : 3:00 pm Arrival Time : 2:30 pm
3rd Session : 4:00 pm Arrival Time : 3:30 pm
4th Session : 5:00 pm Arrival Time : 4:30 pm
Closing Date for Application : 8:00 pm, 16 Feb 2015 (Mon) (based on HK AWC letter collection time)
Notes :
1. A maximum of 6 members are allowed to apply in one application form.
2. 2015 new members and referees (those have successfully referred two applicants as AWC members), who successfully enrolled before 31 Jan 2015 (Sat), are eligible for participating in this Party. (Those who submitted their personal details completely on or after 1 Feb 2015 are not eligible.)
3. Sessions assigned to members will be determined by balloting while the number of applicants determines the number of sessions. The ballot will be held at 4:00 pm in HK AWC on 24 Feb (Tue) and members are welcome to witness the balloting in person. The result will be announced on our website at 4:00 pm on 25 Feb (Wed).
4. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership immediately and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
5. Participants must present 2014 membership card. New members are required to show their ID/Passport for verification.
6. Chance for participation is non-transferable.
