Andy’s Birthday Party 2016

Dear Members,

Andy is holding a birthday party, are you ready?  This year’s theme will be “Andy’s World Got Talent”, many members have enrolled in the competition!  Of course you can choose to be an audience, and become a judge with Andy to cheer members who get in the finals.  You will also get the chance to have the first glance on the 2017 calendar!

Closing Date: 6pm, 21 August 2016 (Sun) (according to mail collection time in HK)

Terms and Conditions:
1. Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 8 members. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
2. Participants must be 2016 members. Those have successfully applied for or renewed as 2016 members on/before 15 August 2016 (Tue) are eligible for enrollment.
