Hand in Hand Party 2016
Dear Members,
Welcome to join our BIG family, Andy World Club! You are sincerely invited to join “Hand in Hand Party 2016” to experience the joyful of being one of us. Andy will greet you in the Party and let you to be more familiar with the Club and meet friends who like Andy from different regions together to enjoy the warmth of the FAMILY!
Party Date : 12 March 2016 (Sat)
Venue : HK AWC, Unit D, 33/F, Tower A, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay
Gathering Point : Lobby, Billion Centre
(Members from the Mainland or Overseas will have higher priority to attend 1st or 2nd sessions.)
1st Session : 2:00 pm Arrival Time : 1:30 pm
2nd Session : 3:00 pm Arrival Time : 2:30 pm
3rd Session : 4:00 pm Arrival Time : 3:30 pm
4th Session : 5:00 pm Arrival Time : 4:30 pm
Closing Date for Application: 8:00pm, 29 Feb 2016 (Mon) (based on HK AWC letter collection time)
** Photo-taking: This year, each member is eligible to take photo with Andy ONCE either alone or in a group. Members are allowed to choose NOT taking the photo in this year. **
Notes：
1. A maximum of 6 members are allowed to apply in one application form.
2. 2016 new members and referees (those have successfully referred two applicants as AWC members), both who successfully enrolled before 15 Jan 2016 (Fri), are eligible for participating in this Party. (Those who submitted their personal details completely on or after 15 Jan 2016 are NOT eligible.)
3. Sessions assigned to members will be determined by balloting while the number of applicants determines the number of available sessions. The ballot will be held at 7:30 pm in HK AWC on 01 Mar 2016 (Tue). The result will be announced on our website at 4:00 pm on 02 Mar 2016 (Wed).
4. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership immediately and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
5. Participants must present their 2015 membership card. New members are required to show their ID/Passport for verification.
6. Qualification for participation is non-transferable.
