2023 Dreams Come True (HK) Members’ Gathering
Dear Members,
[Dreams Come True (HK) Member’s Gathering] will be held in Hong Kong on 2023 June 17 (Saturday). Members from different regions are eligible to submit the application for enrolment. If the number of applicants for the Event exceeds the venue capacity limit, enrollment will be done by drawing lots. Please read the details below carefully and submit the application form on or before the deadline.
Session 1: Check-in Time : 12:00 noon / Event Time : 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Session 2: Check-in Time : 3:30 pm / Event Time : 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Fee: HK$210* per person (same for adults & children / no food and drink provided)
*(inclusive of online payment service fee of HK$10)
Deadline for Enrollment: 4 pm, 25 May 2023 (Thursday) (Hong Kong Time)

Reminders:
1. To be eligible to enroll, Members must be holding a valid 2023 membership.
2. Members under aged 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enroll.
3. If the number of applicants for the Event exceeds the venue capacity limit, two similar sessions will be held and applicants will be picked by drawing lots. The result will be released at 4:30pm on 30 May 2023 (Thursday) on the AWC website.
4. Members who are successfully picked by drawing lots must download the AWC APP and have logged in successfully.
5. Members who are participating in the Event must show to the on-site staff their 2023 electronic membership cards, using the AWC APP, before they can enter the venue.
6. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited in the venue. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, the member concerned will be requested to delete relevant recordings and leave the venue immediately. In such circumstances, AWC will terminate his/her AWC membership and any membership fee paid will not be refunded.
7. Members are not required to wear the AWC uniform to attend this event.
8. No food and beverage from outside are allowed in the venue.

**Please save the screenshot of the successful payment page for your records. If you do not receive the payment confirmation letter from the AWC within 24 hours, please email the payment record to info@awc618.com.
2. Each member who is successfully picked by drawing lots for enrolment will receive a confirmation notification from the AWC via SMS and email (based on the records in the AWC system).
