Dear Family Members:

At last we can pre-celebrate Andy’s birthday together this year. The Event will be held on 9 September (Saturday) at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. We sincerely invite all members to join us and have a happy time together. Please see enrollment details below.

Admission Time: Early Entry: 5:30pm to 7:00pm | Peak Period: 7:30pm starts
Event Start Time: 8:30pm (Programme starts)

Admission Fee: HK$ 580 per person (Same price for children. No food and beverage are provided) (*inclusive of online payment service fee of HK$20)

Closing Date: 4:00pm, 10 August 2023 (Thursday) (Hong Kong Time)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. To be eligible to enroll, you must be holding a valid 2023 membership.
  2. Members under aged 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enroll.
  3. If the number of applicants for the Event exceeds the venue capacity limit, successful applicants will be selected by drawing lots. The results will be released at 5:00 pm on 14 August 2023 (Monday) on the AWC website.
  4. Tickets sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold.
  5. Members who are participating in the Event must show to the on-site staff their 2023 electronic membership cards,
    using the AWC APP, before they can enter the venue.
  6. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode. If you need to use the mobile phone, you have to go outside of the venue, otherwise, you should put away it properly, to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.
  7. When illegal recording is found, member shall be request to leave the venue immediately and we shall have the right to delete those recordings. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-event fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
  8. Members are not required to wear the AWC uniform to attend this event.
  9. Bringing food and drinks into the venue is strictly prohibited.

    **Please save the screenshot of the successful payment page for your records. If you does not receive the payment confirmation letter within 24 hours after payment, please email the payment record to info@awc618.com.
