AWC 2025 Chinese New Year Gathering

New Year Greetings from Andy World Club!
Congratulations to Andy on completing the concert tour! After six months of celebration, I believe you all want to meet Andy up close and personal! Andy has promised everyone a Lunar New Year gathering on January 30, 2025 (the 2nd day of the chinese new year)! All members for the year 2024 can sign up to attend and celebrate the new year with Andy!
Date: January 30, 2025 (Thursday, 2nd day of CNY)
Venue: Unit E, 9/F, Tower B, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon
Gathering Place: 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay Billion Centre (Parking Lot)
Gathering Time: 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM (Please be punctual)
(6 sessions in total; each lasts for around 30 minutes; Members are requested to attend on time.)
Cost: Free
Registration Deadline: January 17, 2025 (Friday) at 4:00 PM (based on Hong Kong time)
1st Session Gathering Time : 12:30 pm 1st Session : 1:00 pm
2nd Session Gathering Time : 1:00 pm 2nd Session : 1:30 pm
3rd Session Gathering Time : 1:45 pm 3rd Session : 2:15 pm

Reminders:
1. Participants must be members for the year 2024.
2. Participants need to register to attend. Each member can bring one other member to register. Due to limited space, there will be no seating available on-site.
3. Due to limited space and capacity, members are kindly requested to follow the instructions of on-site staff and queue early for entry. Thank you for your cooperation.
4. If the number of registrants exceeds the limit, the list of participants will be determined by a lottery. The lottery results will be announced on January 21 (Tuesday) at 5 PM on our official website.
5. All successfully drawn members must present their 2024 electronic membership card and Identification document to on-site staff via the AWC APP to gain entry.
6. Except for authorized personnel, please do not bring cameras or camcorders on the day of the event. Photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Mobile phone ringtones must be turned off and stored properly during the program. Anyone found engaging in unauthorized recording or photography will be asked to leave immediately, and all recorded content will be deleted on the spot. We reserve the right to terminate their membership, and any paid membership fees will not be refunded.
7. Members are not required to wear uniforms for this event.
8. Bringing food and beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited.
