Sports and Cultural Soiree of Celebration – Payment Notice

Dear Members,

Thank you for joining the “Sports and Cultural Soiree of Celebration”, the balloting results are released. We are herewith notifying you about the payment settlement and its details below:.

Date : 20 Dec 2014 (Sat)
Admission Time : 1:00 pm
Concert Starts : 2:00 pm
Venue : Macau Stadium, Taipa
Address : Avenida Olimpica, Taipa, Macau

Ticket Price : HK $200 per person (free seating)

Deadline for Payment Settlement : 8:00 pm, 11 Dec 2014 (Thur) (HK Time)

Reminders:
1. Member can settle the payment in individual or in group of 2 at the same time. If required payment is not settled before the above deadline, stand-by applicant will be replaced accordingly to our ballot result.
2. For members who have settled the payment, please stay close with the arrangement of ticket collection in AWC official website. Members will be deemed to forfeiture of participation when not collecting tickets before assigned deadline. Paid- ticket fee will not be refunded.
3. Members are required to wear BLACK uniform to attend the Concert.

Payment Details : (** Member can pay in individual or in group of 2 in one single bank draft for verification. Members are advised to make a copy of receipt for their own reference. **)

2. On-line Application (Visa / Master card / PPS / JCB / Alipay) : (Only applicable for member pay in individual)

    For any payment settled after the assigned deadline, the application will not be considered. (Paid amount will be refunded to the account of the Payer after deducting the surcharge on online payment).

Application Procedures :
Submit the following documents by mail or in person to Andy World Club on or before 11 Dec 2014 (Thur) (according to mail collection time in HK). State clearly “Sports and Cultural Soiree of Celebration” on the envelope: (i) original bank draft with membership no. and name(s) on the reverse side. (ii) printed copy of this email “Payment Notice” .
