⦁   2018 members who renewed on or before 31 Dec 2017 and have reserved the chance to join the party in 2017
⦁   Eligible Family Members are advised to verify your membership number on the attendance list in order to ensure your qualification.

Party Date   :   11 March 2018 (Sun)
Venue   :   The Glass Pavilion, 3/F, KITEC, 1 Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay
Registration Time   :   1:00pm start
Event Time        : 2:00pm start

Closing Date for Application: 8:00 pm, 14 Feb 2018 (Wed) (based on HK AWC letter/email collection time)

** Please note that Photo Taking Session will not be arranged in this event.

Notes：
1.   A maximum of 6 members are allowed to apply in one application form.
2.   2018 new members and referees (those have successfully referred two applicants as AWC members before 31 Dec 2017 (Sun)), both who   successfully enrolled before 31 Dec 2017 (Sun), are eligible for participating in this Party. (Those who submitted their personal details completely on or after 1 Jan 2018 are NOT eligible.)
3.   Sessions and seating assigned to members will be determined by balloting while the number of applicants determines the number of available sessions. The ballot will be announced on AWC official website at 4:00 pm on 22 Feb 2018 (Thu).
4.   Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode. If you need to use the mobile phone, you have to go outside of the venue, otherwise, you should put away it properly, to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.
When illegal recording is found, member shall be requested to leave the venue immediately and we shall have the right to delete those recordings. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
5.   Participants must present their 2017 membership card. New members are required to show their ID/Passport for verification. Qualification for participation is non-transferable.

Application Procedures：
1.   Submit a completed form on or before 14 Feb 2018 (Wed) via fax, email or in person to HK AWC (based on letter/email collection date). Applications after the closing date or members not available to attend are determined as giving up the right of attending, which is non-transferable.
2.   Applicants may check with us if the slips are well received before deadline. Successful applicants are required to attend the Party accordingly and will not receive notification separately.
3.   Application submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
