The Premium Series is exclusively available for members to purchase. Each member can only submit one order, and orders cannot be modified after submission. Each product has a purchase limit—only one piece/set per style is allowed. Once you have purchased the set, you cannot purchase individual items

Pre-order Instructions

1. Fill Out the Order Form

2. Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, please check your email inbox closely. We will send the [Payment Link] to your email within 1-3 working days. Please ensure your email address is correct.

3. Complete Payment

Upon receiving the [payment link], please log in and complete your payment within 24 hours. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the “Choose Pickup Method ” page. This payment link will be valid for 24 hours only.

4. Receive Confirmation Email

A confirmation email will be sent within 1-3 business days after payment.

5. PREMIUM SERIES Collection

Opt for delivery within 30 business days after the concert (shipping fees apply).

Pre-order Deadline: August 04, 2025 (Monday) 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Time)

Reminder:

1. All items are available in limited quantities only. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.

2. Payment confirms your pre-order. A confirmation email will be sent within 1-3 business days.

3. If you do not receive the payment link or confirmation email after 3 business days, please contact us via email.

4. Items will be shipped within 30 business days after the concert. Shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit.

5. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased and cannot be resold.

6.AWC reserves the right to amend or change the above rules and regulations without prior notice. In case of any disputes, AWC reserves the right of final decision.
