AXA presents My Love Andy Lau World Tour‧Hong Kong 2018 – Ticket Collection

Dear Family Members,

Thank you for booking tickets for “AXA Present My Love Andy Lau World Tour‧Hong Kong 2018” through AWC. Members who have successfully ordered tickets can collect the tickets from December 7, 2018 (Fri) to January 3, 2019 (Thu) at the assigned time period. Member must bring your 2018 Membership Card and ID Card to collect the tickets IN PERSON. Members are NOT allowed to authorize others to collect their tickets.

Ticket collection time at HK AWC Headquarter

Date : December 7, 2018 (Fri) to December 14, 2018 (Fri)
Monday to Friday : 10 am to 8 pm
Saturday : 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday : 11 am to 6 pm

Date : December 15, 2018 (Sat) to January 3, 2019 (Thu)
(Except Public Holiday: December 25 – 26 & January 1)
Monday to Saturday : 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday : 11 am to 6 pm

Special Arrangement for Ticket Collection:
1. If member fails to collect tickets at HK AWC Headquarter during the assigned time period, you may collect your tickets at the AWC Counter at Hong Kong Coliseum (Green Gate) from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm (located at the “Hirer’s Box Office”).
2. The concert start time on 31st December will be 9:30pm, thus the ticket collection service at Hong Kong Coliseum will be extended to 9:30pm correspondingly.
3. All members must present their 2018 Membership Card and ID Card in order to receive the tickets. Members who are under aged 12 are also required to collect their tickets in person and should be accompanied by an adult including but not limited to their parents or guardians. Please note that we do not allow members to authorize others to collect their concert tickets.
4. Ticket collection at the Hong Kong Coliseum is only available to members who have successfully purchased the tickets for that night. The service will end at 8:30 pm. Please arrive on time.
5. Tickets for concerts are not refundable and there is no replacement. If tickets are overdue, those will be treated as voluntary abandonment.
6. Regardless of age, one valid ticket per person while entering the venue.

Tickets are only available for members. AWC has archived the tickets and seat number records of all members in order to verify their identity and guard against tickets scalping.
