Fight against Tickets Scalping

Dear Family Members,

Since the ticket sale of “My Love Andy Lau World Tour Hong Kong 2018” begins, we have received numerous reports about member reselling concert tickets at massive inflated prices. We then follow each case to make sure unruly members will all have a proper punishment. Again, AWC does not allow scalpers to resell any tickets to our members and fans for personal profit.

Once we notice about members’ attempt to resell the concert ticket at a price that is much more higher than the original ticket price for personal gain (known as “Scalped tickets”), the members are deemed to have acted inconsistently with the rules and regulations of AWC and damaged the reputation of AWC and Andy. AWC must take serious action on it. Once we have collected the evidence of tickets scalping (including but not limited to resell on social media platforms, or whether the monetary transaction has been completed), AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her membership, reclaim the concert tickets that the member has booked and refund the money.

Moreover, members who purchase unauthorized tickets not only encourage scalpers, but also bear certain risks. AWC appeals to members to purchase tickets from legitimate ticketing channels to avoid losses.
