Dear family members,

The concert merchandise is now on sale—pre-order your favorite items! 

The concert merchandise is exclusively available for members to purchase. Each member can only submit one order, and no changes can be made after submission. Each product has a purchase limit of 5 per style.

Pre-order Instructions

1. Fill Out the Order Form
Click the link to complete your order: [Form Link]

2. Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, please check your email inbox closely. We will send the [Payment Link] to your email within 1-3 working days. Please ensure your email address is correct.

3. Complete Payment
Upon receiving the [payment link], please log in and complete your payment within 24 hours. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the “Choose Pickup Method ” page. This payment link will be valid for 24 hours only.

4. Receive Confirmation Email
A confirmation email will be sent within 1-3 business days after payment.

5. Merchandise Collection

We offer the following two collection methods:
- Collect together with your concert tickets, the pickup method and schedule will be announced separately.
- OR Opt for delivery within 30 business days after the concert (shipping fees apply).

Please bring your 2025 e-membership card and ID to collect your products. Do not authorize others to collect products

Pre-order Deadline: July 25, 2025 (Friday) 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Time)

Reminder:

1. All items are available in limited quantities only. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.
2. Payment confirms your pre-order. A confirmation email will be sent within 1-3 business days.
3. If you do not receive the payment link or confirmation email after 3 business days, please contact us via email.
4. For members unable to pick up in person, items will be shipped within 30 business days after the concert. Shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit.
5. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased and cannot be resold.
6. AWC reserves the right to amend or change the above rules and regulations without prior notice. In case of any disputes, AWC reserves the right of final decision.
