Dear family members,
Thank you for booking tickets for “PRUDENTIAL presents: Today… is the Day Andy Lau Concert Tour 2024/2025 – Hong Kong” through AWC. Members who have successfully ordered tickets can collect your tickets from December 10, 2024 (Tue) to January 10, 2025 (Fri) at the assigned time period. Member must bring your 2024 Membership Card & ID card to collect tickets IN PERSON, members are NOT allowed to authorize others to collect tickets.

Date：December 10, 2024 to January 10, 2025
Monday to Sunday：1 pm to 6 pm
Location：Room E, 9/F, Tower B, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong
Special Arrangement for Ticket Collection:
- All members must present their 2024 Membership Card and ID card in order to receive the ticket.
2. If members cannot pick up tickets in Kowloon Bay during the specified period, please collect the concert tickets in person at the AWC counter near the Hong Kong Coliseum (Green Gate) on the day of the concert, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM
3. The ticket collection service at the Hong Kong Coliseum is only available to members who have successfully purchased tickets for that day. The ticket collection will end at 8:30 PM, latecomers will not be accommodated.
4. On December 20, 23, and 28, 2024, January 2 and 6, 2025 the AWC counter near the Hong Kong Coliseum (Green Gate) will not be available for ticket collection.
5. Children are also required collect it in person and be accompanied by parents or guardians. Please note that we will not accept member to authorize others to collect tickets
6. As some of the seating arrangements are in odd rows, the seats allocated might be in adjacent row.
7. Regardless of age, one valid ticket per person while entering the venue.
8. Tickets for concerts are not refundable and there is no replacement. If tickets are overdue, those will be treated as voluntary abandonment.
9. Concert tickets and seating are assigned by the organizer.
10. Members who have signed up by lottery, please protect your personal information. Screenshots of this announcement and uploading them to the Internet are strictly prohibited. Once discovered, AWC reserves the right to terminate your membership without refund of the membership fee.
11. AWC reserves the right to amend or change the above rules and regulations without prior notice. In case of any disputes, AWC reserves the right of final decision.

Tickets are only available for members. AWC has archived the tickets and seat number records of all members in order to identify their identity and guard against tickets scalping. Once discovered, AWC reserves the right to terminate your membership without refund of the membership fee. Thank you for your attention!
