[Today…is the Day Andy Lau Concert Tour 2024/2025 – Hong Kong] Tickets for Andy Lau’s Hong Kong concert are in high demand and the publicly available tickets have sold out quickly. We understand that many family members were unable to log in to the ticketing website to purchase tickets. To thank you for your enthusiastic support of Andy, we have specially negotiated for a very limited number of additional tickets from various units, allowing family members another opportunity to enjoy the concert. * All members can register, and registration will be open from December 10 (Tuesday) at 5 PM to December 12 (Thursday) at 4 PM. Members who have not successfully purchased tickets in the past will receive priority processing.
** All members who successfully purchase tickets are strictly prohibited from reselling the tickets. If discovered, the tickets of the purchaser may be canceled and rendered void immediately, and refunds will not be accepted*.
Important Information:
1. Purchasers must be members for the year 2024.
2. Each member can order a maximum of two tickets, choosing from the ticket prices of HKD $980 (total HKD $1,100 each) or HKD $1,280 (total HKD $1,400 each). (An additional handling fee of HKD $120 per ticket will apply).
3. Registration period: December 10 (Tuesday) at 5 PM to December 12 (Thursday) at 4 PM.
4. The date of the tickets will be determined by a lottery conducted by our organization, and seating will be arranged by computer. Members who have not successfully purchased tickets will receive priority processing.
5. The number of tickets is limited. If the number of registrants exceeds the limit, our organization will determine the list of participants by lottery.
6. Members who successfully book tickets will receive notifications from our organization on December 13 (Friday) and must complete payment and ticket collection in person at Room E, 9th Floor, Block B, Billion Centre, Kowloon Bay, from December 16 (Monday) to December 20 (Friday), between 1 PM and 6 PM. Latecomers will be considered as forfeiting their eligibility.
7. Please note: Payment is only accepted in cash in HKD. No change will be provided on-site, so please prepare sufficient cash. No electronic payments or online payments will be accepted.
8. Certain rows in the venue are set as odd-numbered seats, and seating arrangements may be assigned in front and behind.
9. Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be exchanged or refunded, and tickets cannot be resold.
10. Our organization reserves the right to change any terms without prior notice, and all disputes will be subject to the final decision of our organization.
