It was a happy, unforgettable, satisfactory as well as impressive day today and I was thinking a lot about it before. When in 1999, I joined the Andy World Club, alone. In the beginning, I was worried and a little fearful of joining the club alone but I later found out that just like Andy, fans also have nice personalities. I met a group of friends with a common goal and shared many happy memories with them. I could not attend events for a certain period because my work schedule had become too busy, then last year I came back to events and met my old friends again. I thought my club friends had forgotten about me during my absence in recent years so I really thank them for still remembering me and even warmly welcoming my return to the club. I was glad that we could gather again.
My whole family likes Andy so my mother, younger sister and younger brother joined the Andy World Club this year! I attended the birthday party with my mother for the first time and I introduced my member friends to her. The party venue was professionally decorated so with a lively atmosphere, my mother met friendly staff at the function room. She was surely happy with that and when Andy played games with fans on stage, my mother never stopped laughing! At the next Q & A session, members from various areas enthusiastically asked questions then Andy and the fans sang karaoke. (I anticipate that someday I will sing with Andy on stage too…ha-ha) At that time, a video of Andy’s concert was projected onto a screen. I couldn’t help thinking back to the time when my family condition was not so good so in order to buy a concert ticket, I had to work part time every day, to save money. So I specially cherished the precious moment and a song was played at this party which I had a deep feeling for! In the lyrics, it went “Under the Sun, as long as having you, even without new things, there is a pleasant surprise…” Andy, as long as I have you, my life will be especially energetic!
The photo session cannot be missed on a birthday party so here I would like to specially express my gratitude to Andy. I am sure that taking photos with more than 800 people wasn’t an easy task! I was so moved that like me, all the members had both happy memories and a photo taken with Andy! When I think back, although I have liked Andy so much, unlike Andy, I never have done any touching thing for him!? Instead of that, Andy achieved it for us! Ha-ha!
I would like to thank Andy again and also thank the photographers, as well as the staff of many different positions. Thank you very much for your hard work!
